Delivery times may vary during busy periods or for made-to-order and custom bed frames, but we will always keep you updated throughout the process. Can I hold my delivery for a later date?

Yes. We can hold your order for up to 6 months at no additional cost — ideal if you're moving home, renovating a room, or simply aren't ready to receive your new bed. To arrange this, leave a note at checkout or contact our customer support team after placing your order.

Can I customise the bed design?

Yes. Many of our bed frames can be customised to suit your requirements. Depending on the design, we may be able to adjust the style, dimensions, or other features. Can I choose a custom fabric colour?

Yes. We offer a much wider range of fabric colours than shown on our product pages. If you're looking for a specific shade, simply contact our customer support team and we'll share the additional fabric options available for your chosen bed.

Do you provide free fabric swatches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before ordering your bed. Send our customer support team the colours you'd like along with your delivery address, and we'll post the samples to you.

Question 7

Can I return a bed if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 14-day return policy if the bed arrives faulty or is significantly different from the product shown on our website. As many of our beds are made to order and customised, we do not accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect room measurements, or if the bed does not fit into your property. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement for manufacturing faults or damage.

Can I return a mattress?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once the packaging has been removed or the mattress has been used, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer an assembly service, and are your beds easy to assemble?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Our beds are designed for straightforward assembly and are supplied with the necessary fittings and instructions. If you'd prefer not to build it yourself, we also offer a professional assembly service on selected orders, where our team will assemble your bed at the time of delivery. Please note that if you later qualify for a return, the assembly service charge is non-refundable, as the service has already been carried out.

What storage options are available for your beds?

We offer several storage bed base options to help maximise bedroom space, including: Ottoman Gas Lift Storage with a slatted base for easy under-bed access; a Solid Ottoman Divan Base offering a solid platform with large internal storage; and a Full Metal Base Storage option with a heavy-duty metal frame and lift-up storage. You can view pictures and descriptions of each storage base by selecting "Base Type" on the relevant product page before ordering.

Yes. Our beds are manufactured in the UK using quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, allowing us to maintain high standards while offering fast delivery.

We manufacture beds in all standard UK sizes, including Single (3ft), Small Double (4ft), Double (4ft6), King Size (5ft), and Super King Size (6ft). Many of our beds can also be made to custom sizes on request.
