Yes. We can hold your order for up to 6 months at no additional cost — ideal if you’re moving home, renovating a room, or simply aren’t ready to receive your new bed. To arrange this, leave a note at checkout or contact our customer support team after placing your order.

Yes. We offer a much wider range of fabric colours than shown on our product pages. If you’re looking for a specific shade, simply contact our customer support team and we’ll share the additional fabric options available for your chosen bed.

Yes. We offer free fabric swatches so you can see and feel the material before ordering your bed. Send our customer support team the colours you’d like along with your delivery address, and we’ll post the samples to you.

We offer a 14-day return policy if the bed arrives faulty or is significantly different from the product shown on our website. As many of our beds are made to order and customised, we do not accept returns due to personal preference, incorrect room measurements, or if the bed does not fit into your property. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement for manufacturing faults or damage.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once the packaging has been removed or the mattress has been used, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
